4-Less Termite, Inc. has been locally owned and operated since 1999. As one of the only pest control companies on the central coast, we offer a complete range of services including inspections, treatments, and all types of construction repairs completed in-house by our highly experienced and professional staff.
Our philosophy is to educate our clients and help them understand why infestations occur, how and over what period of time they spread and what options are available for treatment. For most of us, our homes are our greatest investment and the asset in which we take the most pride. It is our goal to impart knowledge on our clients so they can participate in making informed decisions to protect this valuable asset and ultimately extend the life of their home for the lowest cost.
Solutions are not one-size-fits-all, especially when dealing with a living organism. All wood destroying organisms compromise the integrity of structures and will not go away without treatment of the active infestation and/or complete removal of the infested wood. In order to design a feasible and practical solution, we engage our clients to understand their short and long-term goals for their home, including financial constraints.
